Pentagon document P2OG "Proactive Preemptive Operations Group" reveals strategies describing covert or "black ops"using psyops, managed dissinformation (propaganda), precision targeting (terror attacks), in order to stimulate terrorism and draw out terrorist networks "into the open."
The dark agenda of the PPOG, which is to manufacture the terrorism that is to be combatted, is troubling to say the least. With strategies aimed at provoking terrorism, it's no wonder the country has broken into sectarian violence and civil war. There's no doubt about it, this was the goal of the military industrial complex.
